Pressure Wash
Pro-Touch has high tech equipment to pressure wash decks/patios, vinyl/aluminum siding, brick/stone surfaces, sidewalks and driveways.  Pressure washing may also be recommended to eliminate chipping and/or peeling surfaces prior to exterior painting.

Deck Stain and Seal
A high-quality deck stain and sealer typically has a three-year life.  However, weather, foot traffic and deck location can result in the need for more frequent applications.  Pro-touch professionals will work with the client to answer any questions and help determine:  stain color, solid or semi-transparent sealer, oil base or Latex acrylic stain.

Custom Paint
Interior:  Before a drop of paint is applied to any surface, all areas are closely examined, such as drywall and plaster, and woodwork (crown moldings, chair rails, baseboards, etc.)  Where needed, these surfaces are primed, patched, sanded and caulked in preparation for painting.  Once the client has chosen their paint color(s) and sheen (flat, satin, semi or high gloss), Pro-Touch applies two coats using only high-quality paint products.

Exterior:  Like interior painting, preparation of the exterior surface is the most important aspect of the job.  Pro-Touch may advise using a pressure wash to remove stains or chipping/peeling material from exterior surfaces.  Woodwork may need to be scraped, primed, sanded and/or caulked and windows reglazed prior to painting.  Using the client's choice of paint colors and sheens, two coats of Latex acrylic paint will be applied.

Interior Decorating
Interior decorating is a very personal and intimate experience for a client.  For that reason, Pro-Touch works with several interior decorating firms in the Wilmington area.  After consulting with the client, Pro-Touch will recommend a designer and then formulate a team where the client, the designer and Pro-Touch work together to make your ideas a reality.

Popcorn Ceilings
Popcorn is a textured paint presentation that is visually attractive and can hide ceiling imperfections such as cracks and patch work.  Pro-Touch has the equipment and experience to ensure the job is done to your total satisfaction.  The client selects a fine, medium or heavy grade application.  For those with a more decorative flair, silver or gold speckles can be incorporated into the application.

Wallpaper Removal
What a miserable task...but NOT when you choose Pro-Touch Painting for the job!  Pro-Touch will remove wallpaper and prepare the surfaces for either a new paint or new wallpaper application.

Drywall Patch and Repair
Now you see it...now you don't!  Pro-Touch Painting does an expert job of eliminating drywall flaws and imperfections.  Whether your drywall is water damaged, stained, cracked, or plagued with gaping holes or shallow dents, watch them all disappear as Pro-Touch professionals do their magic!

Faux Finishing
Faux finishing is a popular decorative painting technique that refers to a variety of decorative finishes that can be applied to walls.  Like interior design, selecting a faux finish is an important and personal choice.  Pro-Touch works with several independent faux finishing experts and with client approval, Pro-Touch will make the arrangements to get the "right" expert involved.  Faux finishing styles include:

• Sponging - a light, feathery look that adds interest to your walls and covers wall imperfections.
• Rag rolling - a soft, textured effect.
• Stippling - gives new surfaces an elegant, aged look.  It is best done on surfaces in excellent condition.
• Dragging - produces thin, vertical stripes on the wall.  It works best on wood paneling or a smooth wall surface.
